开放大学背景下辽宁省独立办学电大师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】：随着我国全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的开展,教育事业发展日新月异。2012年,为进一步提升全民族文化素质,促进各个层面的人实现自身的发展、进步,教育部成立了国家开放大学。国家开放大学的前身是中央广播电视大学和地方广播电视大学,在此基础上,以现代信息技术为支撑,实行优质教育资源的集聚、整合与共享,它是办学网络覆盖全国城乡、学历与非学历教育并重、面向全体社会成员实施远程开放教育、没有围墙的新型高等学校。那么,在这一背景下,独立办学电大能否突破传统的教育模式的束缚,跟上国家开放大学的改革步伐,关键在于学校师资队伍的建设。由于工作与地理优势,笔者将辽宁省六所独立办学电大作为研究对象,分析在开放大学背景下,这些学校师资队伍建设中存在的问题及解决对策。本文共分为四章。第一章是绪论部分,主要阐述了本研究的背景、意义,已经取得的研究成果以及在研究过程中运用的研究方法。第二章阐述了相关概念与理论,对与开放大学背景下的独立办学电大、师资队伍建设及开放大学等相关概念进行界定,对开放大学背景下师资队伍建设的相关理论进行描述,对加强独立办学电大的师资队伍建设的必要性进行阐述。第三章是实证研究部分,阐述开放大学背景下辽宁省六所独立办学电大的师资队伍建设现状,重点阐述其存在的问题,并剖析了问题产生的原因,同时阐述了开放大学背景下师资队伍建设目标等。第四章着重从如何采取必要的措施入手,对开放大学背景下独立办学电大师资队伍如何建设进行研究,包括建设的原则、建设的方式、制度保障、环境保障等。最后是结语部分,提出对开放大学背景下基层电大师资队伍建设的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, education is developing with each passing day. In 2012, in order to further enhance the cultural quality of the whole nation and promote people at all levels to realize their own development and progress, The Ministry of Education established the National Open University. The predecessor of the National Open University is the Central Radio and Television University and the Local Radio and Television University. On this basis, with the support of modern information technology, the State Open University implements the gathering, integration and sharing of high-quality educational resources. It is a school network covering urban and rural areas throughout the country. Education for education and education for all members of the community, open distance education, there is no wall of new institutions of higher learning. Therefore, under this background, the key to break through the shackles of the traditional educational model and keep up with the pace of the reform of the National Open University lies in the construction of the teaching staff. Because of the advantages of work and geography, the author takes six independent TV universities in Liaoning Province as the research object, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff in these schools under the background of open university and the countermeasures to solve them. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborated this research background, the significance, has obtained the research result as well as the research method which uses in the research process. The second chapter elaborates the related concepts and theories, defines the concepts of independent running TV university, the construction of teaching staff and the open university under the background of open university, and describes the relevant theories of the construction of teaching staff under the background of open university. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the construction of teaching staff of RTVU. The third chapter is the empirical research part, which describes the status quo of the construction of teachers of six independent TV universities in Liaoning Province under the background of Open University, focuses on its existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems. At the same time, this paper expounds the goal of the construction of faculty under the background of Open University. The fourth chapter focuses on how to take the necessary measures to study how to build the teaching staff of RTVU under the background of Open University, including the principles of construction, the way of construction, system protection, environmental protection and so on. The last part is the conclusion, and puts forward the prospect of the construction of the teaching staff of RTVU under the background of Open University.
