积极语言HAPPY模式在工读教育中的实证性研究

【摘要】:本文针对积极语言HAPPY模式在工读教育中的实证性进行了研究。通过对现有相关资料的分析,提出了在工读学校实证积极语言HAPPY模式的设计思路,制定了具体的实施手册与检测方法,结合具体干预实施的结果加以分析,探索积极语言HAPPY模式在工读教育中的作用和启示。 文章第一部分,对已有文献资料的整理与分析,阐明了选择该研究课题的原因和意义。文献资料主要包括工读教育和工读学校的相关研究、语言和积极语言的相关研究及积极语言HAPPY模式的研究这三个部分。笔者整理了不同视角的观点,介绍了工读教育一些相关情况,分析了工读学生的特点,着重描述了积极语言HAPPY模式理论。笔者鉴于工作中遇到的困惑及工读教育现存的问题,努力寻求解决之路时,基于积极心理学理论的积极语言HAPPY模式被许多普校一线教师以案例研究的形式进行了实证;同时,某些工读教师的成功经验中也呈现了积极语言对学生教育能起到一定促进作用的特点,这些都促使笔者在工读教育中开展积极语言HAPPY模式的实证性研究,希望对推动工读教育改革和提高工读教育质量有积极意义。 第二、三、四部分作为文章主体,提出了研究假设,介绍了积极语言HAPPY模式在工读学校实证性研究的基本构想、研究方法、研究过程及对实施结果的分析。笔者以积极语言HAPPY模式的“五步法”为依托,制定了《积极语言HAPPY模式教师实施手册》,开展了培训和督导,在同伴的协助下顺利完成了干预实验,从学业成绩、人际关系和心理健康三个方面检测实施效果,并加以数据分析和访谈结果的整理。文章较为详细地说明了实施过程,对实试效果进行了讨论和总结,归纳出积极语言HAPPY模式在工读教育中的重要作用,并总结出其介入工读教育的优势。研究表明,积极语言HAPPY模式对工读教育可以起到促进作用,可以考虑将此模式引入工读教育中;积极语言HAPPY模式对工读学生也具有积极意义,可以帮助其从三个方面实现“幸福感”这个终极目标;积极语言HAPPY模式还对工读学校教师有一些积极启示。 文章最后一部分是结语,做了整体回顾和结束。希望这个研究能够促进上读学生的健康成长,拓宽工读教育思路。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the positivity of HAPPY model in industrial education. Based on the analysis of the existing relevant data, this paper puts forward the design idea of HAPPY model, and formulates the concrete implementation manual and testing method, and analyzes the results of the concrete intervention. To explore the positive language HAPPY model in the education of the role and inspiration. In the first part of this paper, the reasons and significance of choosing this research subject are explained. The literature includes three parts: the related research of work-study education and work-study school, the related research of language and positive language, and the research of HAPPY model of positive language. The author arranges the viewpoints from different perspectives, introduces some related situations of work-reading education, analyzes the characteristics of work-reading students, and emphatically describes the HAPPY model theory of positive language. In view of the confusion encountered in the work and the existing problems in work-study education, the positive language HAPPY model based on the theory of positive psychology has been demonstrated by many first-line teachers in general schools in the form of case studies while trying to find a way to solve it. At the same time, The successful experience of some teachers also shows the positive language can promote the students' education, which urges the author to carry out the positive language HAPPY model in the work-reading education. Hope to promote the reform of work-reading education and improve the quality of work-read education has positive significance. The second, third and fourth parts, as the main body of the article, put forward the research hypothesis, introduced the basic conception, the research method, the research process and the analysis to the implementation result of the positive language HAPPY pattern in the industrial school. Based on the "five-step method" of the positive language HAPPY model, the author formulated the Manual for the implementation of the positive language HAPPY Model, carried out training and supervision, and successfully completed the intervention experiment with the help of his peers. Three aspects of interpersonal relationship and mental health were tested, and data analysis and interview results were carried out. This paper explains the implementation process in detail, discusses and summarizes the effect of practical test, sums up the important role of HAPPY model in work-reading education, and sums up its advantages of intervening in work-reading education. The study shows that the positive language HAPPY model can promote the work-reading education, and it can be considered to introduce the model into the work-reading education, and the positive language HAPPY model is also of positive significance to the work-reading students. It can help it to achieve the ultimate goal of "happiness" in three aspects; the positive language HAPPY model also has some positive implications for teachers in work-study schools. The last part of the article is the conclusion, which makes the whole review and the end. I hope this research can promote the healthy growth of students and broaden the thinking of work-study education.
