成人教育发展与新型农民工融入城市

【摘要】：在当前城镇化、工业化快速发展的时代,新型农民工已经成为农民工群体的主导力量,但由于其先天的不足及后天的失调,在融入城市社会中会遇到很多的障碍。成人教育作为社会服务性教育形式,其参与新型农民工融入城市的教育,可以有助于新型农民工更好地在经济、心理、社会、文化等方面融入城市。为此,成人教育应该发挥其优势,通过思想教育、文化素质教育、职业技能教育、社会交往教育来提升新型农民工融入城市社会的能力。
[Abstract]:In the current age of urbanization and rapid development of industrialization, new migrant workers have become the leading force of migrant workers, but due to their innate deficiencies and acquired maladjustment, there will be many obstacles in integrating into the urban society. Adult education as a form of social service education, its participation in the integration of new migrant workers into the city education, can help the new migrant workers in the economic, psychological, social, cultural and other aspects of better integration into the city. Therefore, adult education should give full play to its advantages and promote the ability of new migrant workers to integrate into urban society through ideological education, cultural quality education, vocational and technical education and social communication education.
