医院药学带教师资培训和考核模式的思考与实践

【摘要】：目的:为医院药学带教师资能力培养与评估提供借鉴。方法:对我院药剂科的19名主管药师进行带教能力培训,然后进行理论和技能考核。理论考核的项目包括培训细则、药学专业知识和教学方法;技能考核的模块包括处方/医嘱审核、调配发药、药品使用管理、患者教育和不良反应(ADR)报告,根据带教职责不同考核其中的3个模块。最后再就考核结果进行分析和总结。结果:带教师资的技能考核成绩高于理论考核成绩;在理论考核中,带教师资对于培训细则的掌握程度最差;在技能考核中,调剂岗位的带教师资在药品使用管理模块得分最高,而临床药学岗位的带教师资在患者教育模块得分高于ADR报告模块,上述差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:为了提高带教师资的带教能力,应加强对培训细则和药学专业基本理论、基本知识的培训;通过增加考核模块、加入标准题目和标准学员等方式完善多模块的考核模式;同时鼓励青年药师积极承担带教工作,不断积累经验。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the training and evaluation of hospital pharmacy teachers. Methods: 19 pharmacists in the pharmacology department of our hospital were trained in teaching ability, and then the theory and skills were evaluated. The items of theoretical examination include training rules, pharmaceutical professional knowledge and teaching methods; The modules of skill examination include prescription / doctor's order audit, dispensing and dispensing, drug use management, patient education and adverse reaction (ADR) report, and three of them are examined according to their teaching responsibilities. Finally, the assessment results are analyzed and summarized. Results: the results of skill assessment with teachers' resources were higher than that of theoretical ones, and the degree of mastery of training rules with teachers' resources was the worst in theory assessment. In the skill examination, the teachers who adjusted the posts scored the highest in the drug use management module, while the clinical pharmacy posts with teachers' funds in the patient education module scored higher than the ADR reporting module, the above differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: in order to improve the teaching ability with teachers' resources, we should strengthen the training of training rules and the basic theory and knowledge of pharmacy specialty, improve the examination mode of multi-module by adding examination module, adding standard topics and standard students, etc. At the same time, young pharmacists are encouraged to take charge of teaching and constantly accumulate experience.
