日本社区学校“三位一体”共育模式研究

【摘要】:日本的城市化进程在加速发展,人口向大都市集聚,而中小城市、城镇地区人口过疏化问题日益严峻。日本原有以学校为主,家庭、社区支持的中小学育人模式的功能弱化。创建社区学校是日本探索新的学校与家庭、社区合作育人的重要实践。日本社区学校自2004年建立以来,无论从学校数量还是整体规模上均取得了较大发展。2015年4月,日本文部科学省中央教育审议会上,文科省大臣下村博文明确表示:“今后全国公立中小学应向社区学校发展。”“地区协同型”的社区学校将成为日本公立中小学发展的趋势。研究日本社区学校学校、家庭、社会“三位一体”育人模式对认清日本基础教育改革走向有重要意义。同时,对丰富我国多元化育人途径也具有一定借鉴意义。本论文主要采用了文献法、历史分析法和案例研究法,研究了日本社区学校的发展背景、“三位一体”共育模式的运行机制,并通过三个案例具体操作总结了日本社区学校“三位一体”共育模式的特点、问题、实质,并得出几点启示。日本社区学校改革是新自由主义教育改革的重要一环,从日本近十来年社区学校育人模式的发展,可以看出日本自由主义教育改革浪潮已经涉及到日本教育的方方面面,而且深入到义务教育这一公共领域之中,佐证了日本原本高度均质的基础教育开始动摇。但是,同时从实际案例中也能看出,新自由主义教育改革进程仍是较为缓慢并因伴随着各种抵抗而不得不妥协。社区学校“三位一体”共育模式不应是学校权力、功能的缩小,社区、家庭可以支持、支援学校运营,但不应该影响学校在学生培养中的主体性地位。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization in Japan is accelerating, the population is gathering to the metropolis, and the problem of population thinning in small and medium-sized cities and urban areas is becoming more and more serious. The function of primary and secondary education mode supported by school, family and community is weakened. The establishment of community schools is an important practice in Japan to explore new schools and families, community cooperation and education. Since its establishment in 2004, Japanese community schools have made great progress both in terms of the number and overall size of schools. In April 2015, the Central Education Review Council of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Japan, The minister of liberal arts, Xiacun Bowen, made it clear: "in the future, public primary and secondary schools in the country should develop to community schools." District-based community schools will become the trend of the development of public primary and secondary schools in Japan. It is of great significance to study the "trinity" education model of Japanese community schools, families and society in order to recognize the trend of basic education reform in Japan. At the same time, it also has certain reference significance to enrich our country's diversified ways of educating people. This paper mainly uses the literature method, the historical analysis method and the case study method, has studied the Japanese community school development background, the "trinity" co-education pattern movement mechanism, This paper summarizes the characteristics, problems and essence of the "Trinity" co-education model in Japanese community schools through three cases, and draws some enlightenments. The reform of Japanese community schools is an important part of the reform of neoliberal education. From the development of the mode of education of community schools in Japan in the past ten years or so, we can see that the tide of liberalism education reform in Japan has been involved in all aspects of Japanese education. And go deep into the public sphere of compulsory education, corroborating Japan's original highly homogeneous basic education began to waver. However, the process of neoliberal education reform is still slow and has to be compromised because of all kinds of resistance. The "Trinity" model of community schools should not be the reduction of school power and function. The community and family can support and support the operation of schools, but it should not affect the subjective position of schools in the cultivation of students.
