中职聋生英语语法学习策略培养的实验研究

【摘要】：为了适应社会的发展和提高聋生的生存和交际能力，英语教学已成为了聋教育的重要内容。聋生由于听力的缺失，英语教学主要侧重于写作和阅读能力的培养，语法学习对于聋生来说就尤为重要。多年来，聋校英语教师一直在思考如何帮助学生更好地掌握语法。随着二语习得理论和认知心理学的发展，人们渐渐认识到学生应该是学习的主体，教学应以学生为中心。近二十年来，有关学习策略和学习策略训练的研究也越来越多，但英语语法学习策略及其训练的实证研究几乎没有，有关聋生语法学习策略的研究至今没有零的突破。因此，对中职聋生进行英语语法学习策略及策略训练的研究迫在眉睫。 本研究以语言学习策略为理论基础，对广东唯一一所特教中专学校的34名聋生进行了对比实验研究。教学实验前实验组和控制组的学生经语法前测和问卷调查前测的数据分析属同一层。教学实验期间实验组的教学主要采取了基于策略训练的语法教学，控制组则进行常规教学。最后一周进行语法测试和实验组问卷调查的后测。实验中使用的研究工具有问卷调查和测试。所有的实验数据采用Excel2000和SPSS17.0进行统计分析。经过三个月的教学实验后，实验班和对照班之间产生了明显的差异。研究结果显示：聋生语法学习策略普遍使用频率较低，实验后实验组的学生语法学习信心和策略意识增强，，语法学习成绩普遍得到提高。 本实验研究结果启示英语语法学习策略的训练不仅能帮助聋生学习英语语法，而且有助于他们在恰当的策略指导下最终成为善学者。
