新课程改革背景下中小学教师压力研究

【摘要】:新课程改革给我国的教育界带来前所未有的新鲜空气,给学生的成长及终身发展创造了条件。同时,中小学教师在新课程改革背景下,增添了新的任务,感受到了新的压力,有人认为新课程改革是教师目前主要的压力来源。文章就此进行了研究,对教师的主要压力来源进行调查分析,并对教师压力向动力方向转化进行研究,以求让教师正确面对压力,利用压力为自己的专业发展与自我成长提供契机。 本文共分六部分,第一部分是绪论,介绍研究背景、研究范围。 第二部分是对教师压力概念的定位及主要压力来源的阐述,从不同的学科领域对压力的定义入手,探讨教师压力研究的方向,从宏观及微观领域对教师压力进行分类,并论述各类压力的产生的原因及特征。 第三部分是研究方法的设计,介绍研究的主体范围,以及本文所采用的主要研究方法。 第四部分是呈现研究数据并作简要介绍,对数据进行分析,分析过程分别从各类压力上进行比较分析,进而对在不同因素影响下各类压力感的情况进行比较。 第五部分是对数据进行讨论,把获得的分析结果一一说明,讨论产生如此结果的原因。 第六部分是得出结论。呈现新课程改革背景下教师压力状况,总结研究中体现出的教师压力的有力价值,最后提出解决和利用压力的策略。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform has brought unprecedented fresh air to the educational circles of our country, and has created conditions for the students' growth and lifelong development. At the same time, under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers in primary and secondary schools have added new tasks and felt new pressure. Some people think that the new curriculum reform is the main source of pressure for teachers at present. This article has carried on the research, has carried on the investigation and analysis to the teacher's main pressure source, and has carried on the research to the teacher pressure to the dynamic direction transformation, in order to let the teacher face the pressure correctly, Use pressure to provide opportunities for your professional development and self-development. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research scope. The second part is the definition of the concept of teacher stress and the main sources of stress, starting with the definition of stress in different subject areas, discusses the direction of teacher stress research, and classifies teacher pressure from macro and micro fields. The causes and characteristics of various kinds of pressure are discussed. The third part is the design of the research method, the main scope of the study, and the main research methods adopted in this paper. The fourth part is to present the research data and make a brief introduction, the analysis of the data, the analysis process from the various types of pressure, and then under the influence of different factors to compare the situation of various types of pressure. In the fifth part, the data are discussed, and the analysis results are explained one by one, and the reasons for the result are discussed. The sixth part is to draw conclusions. This paper presents the situation of teachers' stress under the background of the new curriculum reform, summarizes the value of teachers' pressure reflected in the research, and finally puts forward the strategies to solve and utilize the pressure.
