研究生主观幸福感及其行为应对方式研究

【摘要】: 如今,研究生在日益激烈的社会竞争下逐渐失去了优越感,更有甚者产生迷茫、困惑以及不同程度的心理冲突。这可能与其自我体验有关,当某人负向体验越多,心理健康状况越令人担忧,反之,心理健康状况越良好。如何引导研究生拥有正向的自我体验成为教育界、心理学界、社会学界共同讨论的课题。笔者认为,可通过调控其行为应对方式来增强其主观幸福感,从而使其拥有健康的心理状况。 本研究主要通过对武汉重点高校研究生主观幸福感与行为应对方式的研究,把握他们的主观幸福感、行为应对方式的总体情况及不同群体间所存在的差异性,从而帮助思想政治教育工作者了解如何引导其在面临困难和压力时选择正确的行为应对方式,以便促进其拥有良好心态、增强主观幸福感。 本研究根据迪勒尔编制的《主观幸福感问卷》、肖计划编制的《行为应对方式问卷》和李建伟提供的身心满意度因子、人际满意度因子、价值能力满意度因子和经济满意度因子合编问卷进行调查,选取武汉地区四所重点高校研究生共240人,其中男生131人,女生109人,问卷回收率达到了100%。 本次研究得出以下结论: (1)总体来说,研究生主观幸福感、身心满意度、人际满意度、价值能力满意度和经济满意度都位于中上水平,绝大多数研究生都采用积极成熟的行为应对方式,即自己解决问题、主动求助。 (2)女研究生的主观幸福感总体水平及经济满意度优于男研究生,男研究生的价值能力满意度优于女研究生;独生子女研究生的主观幸福感及经济满意度优于非独生子女;来自城镇的研究生的经济满意度优于来自乡村的研究生;来自民主型家庭的研究生的经济满意度优于来自其它家庭的研究生。 (3)男研究生、独生子女研究生更易采用解决问题方式,女研究生更易采用求助方式,文科研究生更易采用幻想方式,来自乡村的研究生更易采用自责方式。 (4)研究生的主观幸福感与积极成熟的行为应对方式呈正相关,与消极不成熟的行为应对方式呈负相关。 根据研究结果,提出以下几条对策与建议,以供参考: 1、营造以研究生为主体的民主氛围 2、引导研究生形成正确认知 3、引导研究生塑造理想人格模式 4、培养研究生处理问题的能力 5、有效利用个别心理咨询,积极开展团体心理辅导
[Abstract]:Nowadays, graduate students gradually lose their sense of superiority in the increasingly fierce social competition, and even produce confusion, confusion and psychological conflicts of varying degrees. This may have something to do with self-experience. When someone has more negative experiences, mental health is more worrying, whereas mental health is better. How to guide postgraduates to have positive self-experience has become a common topic in education, psychology and society. The author believes that the subjective well-being can be enhanced by regulating its behavior coping style, and thus it has a healthy psychological condition. Through the research on subjective well-being and behavior coping style of graduate students in key universities in Wuhan, this study grasps their subjective well-being, the general situation of behavior coping styles and the differences among different groups. In order to help the ideological and political educators understand how to guide them to choose the correct behavior coping style in the face of difficulties and pressures in order to promote their good mentality and enhance their subjective well-being. According to the subjective Well-being questionnaire compiled by Dillar, the behavior coping style questionnaire compiled by Xiao Plan, and the physical and mental satisfaction factor, interpersonal satisfaction factor provided by Li Jianwei, The value ability satisfaction factor and economic satisfaction factor were investigated in this paper. 240 graduate students were selected from four key universities in Wuhan, including 131 boys and 109 girls. The recovery rate of the questionnaire reached 100. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) generally speaking, graduate students' subjective well-being, physical and mental satisfaction, interpersonal satisfaction, value ability satisfaction and economic satisfaction are all at the middle and upper levels. The majority of graduate students adopt positive and mature behavior coping style, that is, solving their own problems and actively seeking help. (2) the overall level of subjective well-being and economic satisfaction of female graduate students is better than that of male graduate students. The value ability satisfaction of male graduate students is better than that of female graduate students, the subjective well-being and economic satisfaction of only child graduate students are better than that of non-only children, the economic satisfaction degree of urban graduate students is better than that of rural graduate students. Graduate students from democratic families had better economic satisfaction than those from other families. (3) male graduate students, only child graduate students were more likely to adopt problem-solving methods, and female graduate students were more likely to adopt the method of seeking help. Liberal arts graduate students are more likely to adopt fantasy style, and those from rural areas are more likely to adopt self-reproach. (4) the subjective well-being of graduate students is positively correlated with positive and mature behavior coping styles. There is a negative correlation between negative and immature behavior coping styles. According to the research results, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. For reference: 1, to create a democratic atmosphere with graduate students as the main body 2, guide graduate students to form a correct cognition 3, guide graduate students to shape the ideal personality model 4. To develop the ability of postgraduates to deal with problems. 5. To make effective use of individual psychological counseling. Actively developing Group Psychological Counseling
