【摘要】：大学生朋辈心理辅导近十年来在大陆地区得以快速发展。但总体而言,大陆地区的朋辈心理辅导工作仍处在起步阶段,存在着朋辈心理辅导员培训规范性和系统性不够、难以获得学校配套性跟进支持、缺乏有效的监督管理和效果评价机制等问题。进一步推广和完善大学生朋辈辅导需要对朋辈心理辅导进行合理的功能定位;规范人员选拔、培训加强督导和管理;进一步丰富朋辈心理辅导的形式。
[Abstract]:Peer counseling for college students has developed rapidly in the mainland in the past ten years, but in general, the peer counseling work in the mainland is still in its infancy. The training of peer psychological counselors is not standardized and systematic enough, and it is difficult to obtain school supporting. Lack of effective supervision and management and effect evaluation mechanism. To further promote and improve peer counseling needs a reasonable functional orientation of peer counseling; Standardize personnel selection, training and strengthening supervision and management; Further enrich the form of peer counseling.
