【摘要】：网络的全面普及对大学生心理健康教育工作来说,既是挑战又是机遇,高校应结合大学生的身心特征,利用网络,抢抓机遇,因势利导,趋利避害,通过创建网站、拓展功能、设立机构、培养师资、研发教材、开设课程、加强文化建设等途径和措施增强大学生心理健康教育的实效性,致力于大学生的健康成长和全面成才。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive popularization of the network is both a challenge and an opportunity for the mental health education of college students. Colleges and universities should combine the physical and mental characteristics of college students, make use of the network, seize the opportunities, guide the situation and avoid the disadvantages. Through establishing websites, expanding functions, setting up institutions, training teachers, developing teaching materials, offering courses, strengthening cultural construction and other ways and measures to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education for college students. Committed to the healthy growth of college students and all-round talent.
