何为有效的教师专业发展——基于十四份“有效的教师专业发展的特征列表”的分析

【摘要】:有效性是教师专业发展必须关注的问题。本文在对十四份"有效的教师专业发展的特征列表"进行分析的基础上,从教师专业发展的情境、内容和过程三个方面提出了实现有效的教师专业发展的相关建议。
[Abstract]:Effectiveness is a problem that teachers must pay attention to in their professional development. Based on the analysis of 14 lists of the characteristics of effective teacher professional development, this paper puts forward some suggestions for realizing effective teacher professional development from three aspects: the situation, content and process of teachers' professional development.
