【摘要】: 自1999年启动第一批网络教育试点院校以来,我国目前已有68所普通高校开展远程教育工作,累计注册学生400多万,已经毕业学生达130万。现代远程网络教育已形成了一定规模,积累了丰富的远程教育经验,构建了符合国情的网络教育模式,并取得了良好的社会效益。但是由于没有形成一套系统全面的网络教育评价模式,目前网络教育仍存在诸多问题,如质量、标准、社会认可、自身定位等。因此需要构建一套较为全面系统的评价模型,能够提供行之有效的监督测评作用。 本文以国家教育部在2004年提出的普通高等学校现代远程教育试点工作评估标准体系为基础,从认知视角切入,从学生感知、社会评价、用人单位评价三个维度建立评价模型和指标体系,通过这套指标体系,对网络教育过程中涉及到的各方面因素进行综合分析,为进一步应用研究奠定了基础。 1.网络教育评价概念模型构建研究 通过对国内外现有网络教育(远程教育)教育评价模式探究,总结了现有研究中的优点与不足,并从认知的视角出发,以网络教育行业评价、学生评价、社会评价三个维度为核心,系统考察网络教育的动态过程,建立了一个基于认知视角的网络教育评价概念模型。 2.网络教育评价指标构建研究 在构建了这样一个概念模型之后,以某大学网络教育学生、学生所在单位为实例进行实证分析研究,运用统计学中的分析方法,通过实证研究,构建基于认知的网络教育评价指标体系,识别出影响网络教育发展水平的关键因素。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, when the first batch of network education pilot colleges were launched, 68 colleges and universities in China have carried out distance education, with more than 4 million registered students. The number of graduates has reached 1.3 million. The modern distance network education has formed a certain scale, accumulated rich experience in distance education, and constructed a network education model that is in line with the national conditions. And has obtained the good social benefit. But because did not form a set of systematic comprehensive network education appraisal pattern, the present network education still has many problems, such as the quality, the standard, the social approval. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation model, which can provide effective monitoring and evaluation. This paper is based on the evaluation standard system of modern distance education in colleges and universities proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2004, from the perspective of cognition, from the perception of students, social evaluation. The evaluation model and index system of the three dimensions of employer evaluation were established. Through this index system, the factors involved in the process of network education were comprehensively analyzed, which laid a foundation for further application research. 1. Research on the Conceptual Model Construction of Network Education Evaluation Through the domestic and foreign existing network education (distance education) education evaluation model, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research, and from the cognitive perspective, network education industry evaluation, student evaluation. Based on the three dimensions of social evaluation, the dynamic process of online education is systematically investigated, and a conceptual model of web-based education evaluation based on cognitive perspective is established. 2. Research on the Construction of Evaluation Indexes for Web-based Education After constructing such a conceptual model, taking the students and students' unit of a university network education as an example, using the statistical analysis method, through the empirical research. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of network education based on cognition, and identifies the key factors that affect the development level of network education.
