【摘要】： 随着我国改革开放的不断深入,社会竞争的加剧,当代大学生的日常学习生活、择业、就业等方面的心理健康问题日益突出,高职生作为大学生中的一个特殊群体,在成长过程中除了与普通高校学生有共性之外,还有一些自身的特点。如何实施高职生的心理健康教育,对他们的心理健康问题进行调适,已成为当前高职需要面对的首要问题。我国政府对发展职业教育的高度重视,高职教育迅速发展,高职生在大学生人群中占据相当比例。高职是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职生在我国的人才培养中具有重大意义,他们的心理素质是培养的关键。本文分析了高职生的心理特点,他们和大学生的心理既有共同之处也有自己独有的特点。明确了高职心理健康教育的各项基本要求,分析高职生心理健康的基本状况,提出了积极开展高职心理健康教育的几个方面。本文通过安徽电气工程职业技术学院心理健康教育的开展实施,探索出对我国高职心理健康教育的有效途径,并对高职生心理健康教育的发展趋势进行了预测。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the intensification of social competition, the psychological health problems of contemporary college students in their daily study, career selection and employment have become increasingly prominent. As a special group of college students, vocational college students have their own characteristics in the process of growing up and how to carry out the mental health education of higher vocational students. The adjustment of their mental health has become the most important problem in higher vocational education. Our government attaches great importance to the development of vocational education, vocational education has developed rapidly, vocational college students occupy a considerable proportion of the population of college students. Higher vocational education is an important part of our higher education. Higher vocational students are of great significance in the training of talents in our country, and their psychological quality is the key to the cultivation. This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students. Their psychology and college students have both common points and their own unique characteristics. It clarifies the basic requirements of mental health education in higher vocational education and analyzes the basic state of mental health of vocational college students. Through the implementation of mental health education in Anhui Electrical Engineering Vocational and Technical College, this paper explores the effective ways of mental health education in higher vocational education of our country. The development trend of mental health education for higher vocational college students is forecasted.
