师本培训中的学科首席教师

【摘要】：师本培训以先进的价值观、伦理观、资源观和评价观深化了校本培训,它以促进教师的个性化成长为价值目标,以重心下移、回归到教师日常、具体、生动的实践活动为基本特点。师本培训要求学科首席教师以其日常化、全人化和低重心特色更好地发挥专业引领作用,担当起学科培训师的角色。要发挥这种专业引领作用,学科首席教师必须树立以引领为使命的自觉意识、构建以引领为导向的合作关系、开辟以师本为特点的多元教研途径。
[Abstract]:The teacher-oriented training deepens school-based training with advanced values, ethics, resources and evaluation. It aims at promoting the individualized growth of teachers, moves down to focus, and returns to teachers' daily life. The basic characteristics of vivid practical activities. The teacher-oriented training requires the subject's chief teachers to play a leading role in the field with their daily, humanized and low-gravity characteristics. To play the leading role in this field, the chief teacher must set up the consciousness of leading as the mission, and build a guiding cooperative relationship. To open up the teacher-based characteristics of the multiple ways of teaching and research.
