江苏省健康促进学校学生健康相关知识及行为调查

【摘要】：[目的]了解江苏省健康促进学校学生健康相关知识及行为现状。[方法]随机抽取24所学校的1261学生进行问卷调查。[结果]95.8%的学生树立了健康第一的理念;97.7%的学生知晓烟草危害健康基本知识,掌握劝阻和拒绝吸烟的技巧;95.2%的学生感觉学校社会环境良好;94.8%的学生知晓交通安全规则,掌握紧急情况下正确逃生的方法;80.4%的学生懂得毒品危害和艾滋病预防基本知识;77.7%的学生能够做到每天活动1h或以上;73.6%的学生具备了良好的日常卫生习惯和行为。以上除了学校社会环境和控烟知识行为外,各方面的结果均是城市学生好于农村学生,小学生好于中学生,苏南、苏北地区好于苏中地区。大部分差异有统计学意义(P㩳0.01)。[结论]被调查学校的健康促进学校创建工作已初见成效,但仍存在一些问题,尤其是中学和苏中地区,还需进一步加以改进。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to understand the status of health related knowledge and behavior of students in health promotion schools in Jiangsu province. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1261 students from 24 schools. [Results] 95.8% of the students set up the idea of health first; 97.7% of the students knew the basic knowledge of the health hazards of tobacco and mastered the skills of dissuasion and rejection of smoking. 95.2% of the students felt that the social environment of the school was good; 94.8% of the students knew the rules of traffic safety and knew the right way to escape in an emergency. 80.4% of the students knew the basic knowledge of drug harm and AIDS prevention. 77.7% of the students were able to work for 1 hour or more per day; 73.6% of the students had good daily hygiene habits and behaviors. In addition to the school social environment and smoking control knowledge and behavior, the results of all aspects are that urban students are better than rural students. Primary school students are better than middle school students, southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu are better than central Jiangsu. 0.01g. [Conclusion: the establishment of health promotion schools in the investigated schools has achieved initial results, but there are still some problems, especially in middle schools and central Jiangsu, which need to be further improved.
