大学生网络心理健康教育的探讨

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和社会的进步,计算机和网络逐渐走进千家万户,我国的高校已经普及了计算机和互联网.互联网给大学生生活学习带来了很大的便捷,同时又引发了相当多的问题,如大学生的网瘾、网恋、过度依赖网络等问题.本文将就大学生网络心理健康教育展开探讨,并提出相关的意见和建议.
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, computers and networks have gradually entered into thousands of households. The universities in our country have popularized computer and Internet. Internet not only brings great convenience to college students, but also leads to a lot of problems, such as college students' Internet addiction, online love, over-dependence on the Internet and so on. This paper discusses the network mental health education of college students, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions.
