“送优质教学资源下乡工程”基本活动模式研究

【摘要】:农村学校优质资源匮乏、师资队伍素质不高、教学手段单一落后等问题,是直接影响农村教育发展均衡化的一个重要原因。而充分利用和发挥城市优质教育资源的优势,支持农村基础教育事业的发展,无疑是目前条件下实现尽快缓解上述问题的一项有效而便捷的措施。本文围绕如何通过"送优质教学资源下乡工程",构建实施这一工程的目标体系及其领导机制、保障机制、培训机制的"一个体系、三个机制"的模式进行了阐述,介绍了实施这一模式的具体做法。同时,本文还就如何通过加强科研指导、整合开发资源等措施,促进"送优质资源下乡"活动的深入开展,作了进一步思考。
[Abstract]:The problems such as the lack of high-quality resources in rural schools, the low quality of teaching staff, and the single backward teaching means are the important reasons that directly affect the balanced development of rural education. It is no doubt an effective and convenient measure to make full use of the advantages of urban high-quality educational resources and to support the development of rural basic education under the present conditions to alleviate the above-mentioned problems as soon as possible. This paper focuses on how to construct the target system, the leading mechanism, the guarantee mechanism and the "one system, three mechanisms" mode of "one system, three mechanisms" for the implementation of the project through "sending high-quality teaching resources to the countryside". The concrete practice of implementing this model is introduced. At the same time, this paper also makes further reflection on how to promote the development of "sending high-quality resources to the countryside" by strengthening scientific research guidance, integrating and exploiting resources and other measures.
