【摘要】： 本论文的研究对象是专科层次、正规学历的高等职业院校所进行的心理健康教育活动。高职院校培养的是高级技术应用型人才，必须满足新世纪国际与国内人才市场的要求，需要有较高的心理素质以应对新世纪激烈的市场竞争与挑战，因此加强高职院校大学生的心理健康教育问题便具有十分重要的意义。本文在对心理健康教育相关概念分析的基础上，结合高职学生的心理特点和高职院校开展心理健康教育的现状，，提出一些相应的对策：转变观念，正确认识心理健康教育；构建层次分明的高职院校心理健康教育目标体系；科学构建高职学生心理健康教育的内容体系；多渠道、全方位地开展高职学生心理健康教育。本文共分为四大部分，第一部分是引论，论述本课题的研究背景、研究思路以及相关的文献综述；第二部分是基本概念的界定以及高职院校开展心理健康的重要意义；第三部分是对目前高职院校心理健康教育的现状分析；第四部分是在前面论述的基础上，对加强高职院校心理健康教育活动进行思考，提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:The research object of this thesis is college level, the higher occupation colleges formal education mental health education. Higher vocational college is the senior technical talents, must meet the new century international and domestic talent market requirements, the need for higher psychological quality in the intense market competition and challenge to the new century. It is very important therefore to strengthen the psychological health education in higher vocational colleges.
Based on analysis of psychological health education on the concept of status to carry out mental health education and psychological characteristics of Vocational Colleges of higher vocational students and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures: changing ideas, correct understanding of mental health education; construction of mental health education in Higher Vocational Colleges target system hierarchy; the scientific construction of mental health education in higher vocational colleges the contents of the system; multi-channel, full range of Vocational Students' mental health education.
This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction, discusses the research background, research ideas and related literature review; the second part is the significance of the definition of the basic concept and mental health in higher vocational colleges; the third part is the analysis of the present situation of the psychological health education of Vocational College; the fourth part is based on the front discussion, thinking to strengthen the activities of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
