特级教师专业发展路径:一个本土的案例

【摘要】: 随着西方教师专业发展理论的大量涌入,基于本土实际批判性地看待、继承和发展这些理论已经成为一种必然的趋势。本研究选取了一位省特级教师作为研究对象,采用个案研究的方法,通过大量访谈,以口述史的方式清晰呈现了一条本土特级教师的专业发展路径,寻找促成或制约其成长方向和速度的真实因素。 本研究发现:1)教师专业发展基本遵从新手、熟练到专家这一方向,但是每个阶段所花的时间因个体所处环境不同而各有长短,学校层级、个体在集体中的特殊位置对加速或者延缓教师“成名”起到很大的作用;2)入职前的个性等因素对教学效果没有绝对的影响,个性特征等因素在教学实践中有可能得到正向的发展,,从而促进教学实践;3)清晰而正确的教学信念(本文主要指学科观和学生观)影响教学方法的选择和教学效果的高低。
[Abstract]:With the influx of western teachers' professional development theory, it is regarded critically based on the local reality. Inheritance and development of these theories has become an inevitable trend. This study selected a provincial teacher as the research object, using the method of case study, through a large number of interviews. In the way of oral history, it clearly presents the professional development path of a native special teacher, looking for the real factors that promote or restrict their growth direction and speed. This study found that the teacher professional development basically obeys the novice, skilled to the expert this direction, but each stage spends time according to the individual environment and has its own length, the school level. The special position of the individual in the collective plays a great role in accelerating or delaying the teacher's "fame"; 2) the factors such as personality before entering the job have no absolute influence on the teaching effect, and personality characteristics and other factors may develop positively in teaching practice, thus promoting teaching practice; 3) the clear and correct teaching belief (this article mainly refers to the subject view and the student view) affects the choice of teaching method and the level of teaching effect.
