【摘要】：正针对农村留守儿童不断增长和寄宿制学校建设不足的矛盾,江苏省近期将新建、扩建一批寄宿制学校,力争首批能满足10万名留守儿童的住宿需要,确保所有想寄宿的留守儿童都能在寄宿制学校学习和生活。同时,江苏将进一步加大扶困助学力度,按照留守儿童优先的方针,扩大对寄宿留守儿童的帮扶范围。对农村留守儿童实施新的"两免一补",尽早对所有寄宿留守儿童免除住宿费用,提供免费教科书,对家庭经济困难
