高职生职业动机因素结构的研究

【摘要】: 目前,国内心理学界对于高职生职业动机这一领域的研究相当薄弱,对于高职生职业动机因素结构的研究才刚起步。为了改变这一现状,本研究采用了访谈法、问卷法,自行编制了具有较高信效度的《高职生职业动机因素结构问卷》,以确定将来进行高职生职业动机干预的因素结构;然后根据收回的数据资料,了解不同性别、不同家庭背景、不同专业、不同家庭月收入学生的职业动机因素结构的重要性评价上是否具有差异。对701名不同性别、不同家庭背景、不同专业、不同家庭月收入的高职生进行问卷调查的结果表明: (1)高职生职业动机因素结构由6个因素构成,分别是“物质报酬”、“自我决定”、“愉悦感”、“追求挑战”、“制约”、“他人评价”。 (2)在对于高职生职业动机因素结构的评价上,在“物质报酬”、“追求挑战”、“制约”三个因素上具有显著的性别差异;在“自我决定”因素上,不同生源地的高职生之间具有显著差异;在“追求挑战”和“制约”两个因素上存在显著的专业差异;在“物质报酬”和“制约”两个因素上,不同家庭月收入的高职生具有显著差异。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on vocational motivation of vocational college students in China is quite weak, and the research on the structure of vocational motivation factors of vocational college students has just begun. In order to change this situation, this study adopts interview method and questionnaire method. In order to determine the factor structure of vocational motivation intervention of vocational college students in the future, a questionnaire with high reliability and validity was compiled to understand the different gender and family background. For 701 students with different gender, different family background, different professional background, and different majors, there were differences in the evaluation of the importance of the structure of career motivation factors for students with different majors and different families. The results of questionnaire survey of vocational college students with different monthly income indicate that:. 1) the structure of vocational motivation is composed of six factors, namely, "material reward", "self-determination", "sense of pleasure", "pursuit of challenge", "restriction" and "evaluation of others". 2) there are significant gender differences in the structure of vocational motivation factors of vocational college students in terms of "material reward", "pursuit of challenge" and "restriction", and in "self-determining" factors. There are significant differences among higher vocational students from different places of origin, there are significant differences in two factors: "pursuing challenge" and "restriction", and "material reward" and "restriction". Higher vocational students with different monthly income have significant differences.
