【摘要】：正班主任是实施素质教育的中坚力量,如何提高班主任的素质是近年来人们至为关注的问题。提升班主任专业化水平、提高班主任待遇等等,都应在考虑之列,而最为重要的是引导教师确立信念——班主任是一种事业的追求。
[Abstract]:The full head teacher is the backbone of the quality education. How to improve the quality of the class teacher is a problem that people pay close attention to in recent years. It should be taken into account to improve the professional level of the head teacher, raise the treatment of the class teacher, and so on. The most important thing is to guide teachers to establish faith-head teacher is the pursuit of a career.
