高师毕业生就业心理问题与对策

【摘要】：正 当前高校发展总体呈现出扩张型跳跃式的发展状态,高师院校的发展也是如此,连年大幅度扩招,使得办学规模与在校生规模不断扩大。同时国家对教师的培养模式也在进行着不断的改革,师范类学校对教育系统输送教师人才的垄断局面逐渐打破,师范类院校毕业生在"教师职业"选择的传统空间将不断缩小。在这双重作用下,高师毕业生的就业压力迅速增大,认清高师毕业生的就业心理,采取积极有效的措施来应对这种新问题迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of colleges and universities is in a state of expansionary leaps and bounds, and so is the development of normal colleges and universities. The scale of running schools and the scale of students are constantly expanded because of the large enrollment expansion in successive years. At the same time, the national training mode of teachers is also undergoing continuous reform. The monopoly of normal schools on the transfer of teachers' talents is gradually broken, and the traditional space for the graduates of normal colleges to choose "teacher occupation" will be reduced constantly. Under this dual function, the employment pressure of normal college graduates increases rapidly. It is urgent to recognize the employment psychology of normal college graduates and take active and effective measures to deal with this new problem.
