论教师的社会性不足及其补救

【摘要】：学校教育脱离社会现实生活的问题,越来越引起社会各方面的广泛重视。至于为什么会产生这样的问题,原因是多方面的。作者认为其中一个被忽视的、也是直接的原因,就是教师的社会性不足。本文着重分析了教师社会性不足的现象和原因,并在此基础上,提出了补救方策。
[Abstract]:The separation of school education from social reality has attracted more and more attention from all aspects of the society. As to why such a question arises, there are many reasons. The author thinks that one of the reasons that is ignored is the lack of sociality of teachers. This paper focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon and reasons of teachers' sociality deficiency, and on this basis, puts forward some remedial measures.
