【摘要】:由于美国联邦政府对基础教育的掌控期望增强,非专业教育人士对基础教育事务参与增多,人口等现实问题的出现,以及市长本身具有的优势决定美国市长们对基础教育的干预越来越多。随着市长干预基础教育的不断成熟与完善,市长干预学校基础教育的方式更加多样化,美国基础教育的面貌也在发生着变化。
