大学生创业自我效能感结构研究

【摘要】:本研究的主要目的是探索大学生创业自我效能感的结构、影响因素及现状水平,为高校开展创业教育和培养提高大学生创业自我效能感提供有益建议。研究分文献综述、量化研究、质性研究和综合讨论四部分。 文献综述:在对国内外自我效能、创业自我效能、创业的研究现状进行系统梳理后,建构创业自我效能的概念及理论模型。 量化研究:选取南京四所大学1019名学生为调查对象,量化研究大学生创业自我效能感结构研究,包括大学生创业自我效能感问卷的编制及比较分析。 质性研究:选取7名毕业后自我创业的大学生进行深入的创业历程访谈,运用扎根理论的方法对访谈资料进行整理、归纳、提炼,构建出质性研究范式下的大学生创业自我效能感结构。验证、补充、丰富前期的量化研究。 综合讨论:比较量化研究和质性研究的研究结果,探讨创业自我效能的培养途径,针对大学生创业自我效能感现状,对高校开展创业教育及如何增强大学生创业自我效能感提出建设性的建议。 主要研究结论如下: 1、量化研究得出大学生创业自我效能感结构由创业基本能力效能感和自我控制效能感两个分量表构成。包括五个维度:目标成就效能感、领导能力效能感、创业自信效能感、自我怀疑效能感、意志不坚效能感。 2、大学生创业自我效能感在学校类型、年级、专业、性别、家庭经济状况等人口学因素方面存在显著差异,不同生源地对大学生创业自我效能感没有显著影响。其中,财经类院校学生创业效能感显著高于理工、师范及综合类大学学生;低年级学生的创业自我效能感显著高于高年级学生;经济、管理类专业学生的创业自我效能显著高于其他专业学生;男生的创业自我效感能显著高于女生;家庭经济困难学生的创业目标成就效能感显著高于家庭经济较好的学 3、质性研究得出大学生创业自我效能感结构包括创业个性效能感、创业能力效能感和创业环境效能感三大部分。创业个性、创业能力以及创业环境分别由若干因素构成。基本验证量化研究的结论。 4、个案访谈揭示了创业自我效能感是大学生从事创业实践并取得创业成功的关键因素。它可以促成创业动机转化为创业行动;影响创业目标的设立;决定对待创业困难的态度;预测创业绩效。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this study is to explore the structure, influencing factors and current level of college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and to provide useful suggestions for colleges and universities to carry out entrepreneurship education and to cultivate and improve college students' sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The research is divided into four parts: literature review, quantitative research, qualitative research and comprehensive discussion. Literature review: after systematically combing the research status of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship at home and abroad, this paper constructs the concept and theoretical model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Quantitative study: 1019 students from four universities in Nanjing were selected to study the structure of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, including the compilation and comparative analysis of self-efficacy questionnaire. Qualitative study: select 7 college students who started their own business after graduation to conduct in-depth interviews on the course of their entrepreneurship, and use the method of taking root theory to sort out, summarize and refine the interview materials. Construct the structure of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students under qualitative research paradigm. Verify, supplement and enrich the previous quantitative research. Comprehensive discussion: comparing the results of quantitative and qualitative studies, exploring the ways to cultivate entrepreneurial self-efficacy, aiming at the current situation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students. Some constructive suggestions on how to develop entrepreneurship education and how to enhance college students' sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy are put forward. The main findings are as follows: 1. The quantitative study shows that the structure of college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy is composed of two sub-scales: the basic entrepreneurial competence, the self-control, and the self-control. It includes five dimensions: goal achievement efficacy, leadership efficacy, entrepreneurial confidence efficacy, self-doubt efficacy, will infirm efficacy. 2. There are significant differences in the demographic factors such as school type, grade, specialty, sex, family economic status and so on, but there is no significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students from different sources. Among them, the sense of entrepreneurial efficacy of finance and economics college students is significantly higher than that of science and engineering, teachers college students and comprehensive college students; the sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of junior students is significantly higher than that of senior students; economic, The entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students majoring in management is significantly higher than that of other majors; the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of male students is significantly higher than that of girls; and that of students with family financial difficulties is significantly higher than that of students with family economic difficulties. 3. The qualitative research shows that the structure of college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy includes three parts: entrepreneurial personality self-efficacy, entrepreneurial ability self-efficacy and entrepreneurial environmental efficacy. Entrepreneurial personality, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial environment are composed of a number of factors. The conclusion of quantitative research is verified. 4. Case interview revealed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy is the key factor for college students to engage in entrepreneurial practice and achieve success. It can promote entrepreneurial motivation into entrepreneurial action; affect the establishment of entrepreneurial goals; determine attitude towards entrepreneurial difficulties; predict entrepreneurial performance.
