特级教师成长历程与成功因素调查:分析与思考

【摘要】：对特级教师的成长历程与成功因素进行调查,着重了解调查对象成长为特级教师的内在动力、外在推力以及其他影响因素。通过对问卷的数据统计,分析影响特级教师成长与成功的关键性因素,并思考可以从中获取的经验与启示。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the growth course and success factors of special teachers, and focuses on understanding the intrinsic power, external thrust and other influencing factors of the subjects growing up to be special grade teachers. This paper analyzes the key factors that influence the growth and success of special teachers through the data statistics of the questionnaire, and thinks about the experience and inspiration that can be gained from it.
