高中英语阅读课中教师提问的个案研究

在语言教学中,教师提问是传达信息以及与学生互动的重要渠道。多年来,许多的国内外学者从不同的角度对教师提问做了相关的研究。本文以高中英语阅读课的教师提问为研究对象,旨在促进英语阅读课的有效课堂提问。提出如下两个研究问题:(1)不同教龄的老师在教师提问上的特点是什么?(2)教师的提问与她们对提问认知之间的差别是什么?来自沈阳三位不同教龄的高一英语老师参与了本次研究,历时三个月。在三个月的研究过程中过,本文观察了九节英语阅读课,重点分析了三位不同教龄的老师在提问类型,提问方式,提问策略和教师反馈方面的共性特征。此外,为进一步研究老师对课堂提问的认知,笔者与三位老师进行了访谈。研究结果表明,三位不同教龄老师的提问均有以下特征:展示型问题比重高于参考型问题;教师提问方式主要为“点名和齐回答”;提问策略多用“翻译”“暗示”和“重复”;在教师反馈上,常以简单的称赞和教师纠错为主。教师的提问与她们对提问的认知之间有所不同,分别是在提问方式和积极反馈上基本一致,在提问类型,提问策略和消极反馈上存在不一致。作者希望本论文能够提高高中英语阅读课中教师提问的有效性并为今后的研究提供有用的建议。
