“保教一体化”国际趋势与我国学前师资培育改革

【摘要】:"保教一体化"的学前教育发展理念得到国际教育相关组织的推动,各国政府积极进行学前师资培育改革,幼儿教育与保育人员整合渐成国际趋势,呈现学前教保师资实施资格认证、职前师资培养课程体系趋于一致、重视职前教保人员的专业实践能力培养等特征。借鉴国际"保教一体化"经验,我国在学前师资培育机制建设方面,应建立健全与之相配套的师资培养体系,注重师资培育与任用层面的统整,即构建一体化的学前师资培育制度,重视0~3岁学前教保师资培养培训,以实践为导向促进培育课程整合。
[Abstract]:The concept of development of preschool education and teaching integration "promoted by the international education organizations, governments actively carry out preschool teacher education reform, early childhood education and care personnel integration has gradually become an international trend, showing the implementation of certification and preschool teachers to teach, pre service teachers training curriculum system consistent, professional practice ability cultivation of vocational characteristics the caregiver. Drawing lessons from international experience," the integration of our country in the preschool teacher training mechanism construction, should establish the perfect teacher training system which is matched with the emphasis on teacher training and appointment level integration, namely the construction of the integration of preschool teachers' training system, pay attention to 0~3 years old preschool teacher training and teaching in order to promote the cultivation, practice oriented curriculum integration.
