幼儿教育政策法规课程开设的必要性及建设研究

【摘要】：幼儿园方面的政策法规的学习,有助于指导幼儿园教师正确地运用国家和地方的政策法规,依法施教,依法维护自己和儿童的合法权益,有助于幼儿园教师按照国家有关幼儿教育的具体标准和指导性文件的要求,按照幼儿身心特点,科学安排教育内容,选择正确的教育方式、方法进行幼儿教育。从学前教育专业发展的现状出发,对幼儿园教师掌握政策法规的必要性进行总结,从而确定幼儿教育政策法规课程建设的目标和内容,从根本上采取有效的措施提高此门课程的建设水平,提高教学质量。
[Abstract]:The study of kindergarten policies and regulations will help to guide kindergarten teachers to correctly apply national and local policies and regulations, teach according to law, and safeguard their own and children's legitimate rights and interests according to law. It is helpful for kindergarten teachers to arrange the contents of education scientifically according to the specific standards and guiding documents of the state and according to the characteristics of children's body and mind, and to choose the correct educational methods and methods for carrying out early childhood education. Proceeding from the present situation of preschool education specialty development, this paper summarizes the necessity for kindergarten teachers to master policies and regulations, so as to determine the objectives and contents of curriculum construction of preschool education policies and regulations. Effective measures should be taken to improve the construction level of this course and improve the teaching quality.
