湖南省农村幼儿园骨干教师职业认同现状研究——以湖南第一师范学院农村幼儿园骨干教师“国培班”为例

【摘要】:采用问卷调查及访谈的形式,对168位湖南省农村幼儿园骨干教师职业认同现状进行了调查研究,结果发现:农村幼儿园骨干教师职业认同总体水平较高,在职称、教龄、学历等方面无显著差异,但在园所性质、年龄、工资、职务等变量上存在显著差异。要提高幼儿教师职业认同,促进幼儿教师专业发展,应从提高经济待遇、提供专业成长机会及提供专业培训等方面努力。
[Abstract]:The status quo of professional identity of 168 rural kindergarten backbone teachers in Hunan Province was investigated by questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the overall level of professional identity of rural kindergarten backbone teachers was high, with professional title and teaching years. There was no significant difference in educational background, but there were significant differences in the nature of garden, age, salary, position and other variables. In order to improve the professional identity of preschool teachers and promote the professional development of preschool teachers, efforts should be made to improve economic treatment, provide opportunities for professional growth and provide professional training.
