西部农村职业学校学前教育专业课程研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国学前教育得到了前所未有的发展,全国各地教育机构都在大力发展学前教育。在这一形势的驱动下,中职学校学前教育学生也由于社会需求的增加显得供不应求。为此,我国的中职学校要培养出更多符合社会发展和需求的学前教育人才,实现更大的社会价值。青海省乐都县地处青海省海东地区,经济结构以农牧业为主,是我国西部农村的典型代表,该校学生大多数为青海省农村人口,学前教育专业学生(包括已经毕业学员)为360人,就业市场主要定位于为省内。本文通过对案例学校学前教育专业课程设置的研究,总结案例学校学前教育专业课程设置的基本情况及不足之处,结合东部农村中职学校学前教育的一些成功经验进行比较研究,通过非结构性访谈及问卷调查,总结出青海省乐都某职业学校作为西部农村中职学校的典型,在学前教育课程设置上的不足及改革方向。作为为西部农村地区向幼教机构输送大量师资的重要机构,青海省乐都某职业学校学前教育专业的课程设置,其合理直接影响到学生自身的进步和学校的发展,甚至会严重制约当地学前教育专业的发展。所以本文在开始章节提出对中职学校学前教育专业课程设置合理性的关注。主要研究对象为青海省某职业学校的学前教育专业学生,通过问卷法和访谈法对学生们对案例学校学前教育课程设置的态度进行调查。从有关课程内容、课时时数、课程兴趣、课程难度和课程设置对就业的帮助几个维度进行了问卷设计。 通过调查发现,广大学生希望能够多加强一些技能类、实践类的课程,以帮助就业,而对于复杂难记的理论课程和公共基础课程显示出明显的忽视。学生还表示,他们最感兴趣的课程多为技能类课程,希望学校可以允许学生按照自身的兴趣选择课程。对于课程的难度,学生们认为,目前理论课程的难度可以接受,但是技能课难度偏难,希望学校能按照学生的真实水平循序渐进的设置难度。本文通过对青海省乐都县某中职学校学前教育专业的课程设置的现状调查,结合青海省乐都案例学校前教育专业课程设置的问题,参考东部农村案例学校的优秀经验提出建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, preschool education in China has been unprecedented development, educational institutions all over the country are vigorously developing preschool education. Driven by this situation, pre-school students in secondary vocational schools are in short supply due to the increase of social demand. Therefore, our secondary vocational schools should cultivate more pre-school education talents who meet the needs of social development and realize greater social value. Ledu County in Qinghai Province is located in Haidong area of Qinghai Province. Its economic structure is dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry. It is a typical representative of rural areas in the west of China. The students of this school are mostly the rural population of Qinghai Province. Preschool education students (including graduates) 360, the job market is mainly located in the province. This paper summarizes the basic situation and deficiency of the curriculum setting of preschool education major in case school by studying the curriculum setting of preschool education major in case school. Combining with some successful experiences of preschool education in rural secondary vocational schools in eastern China, through non-structural interviews and questionnaires, this paper concludes that a vocational school in Ledu, Qinghai Province, is a typical rural secondary vocational school in western China. The deficiency in the curriculum of preschool education and the direction of reform. As an important organization to send a large number of teachers to preschool education institutions in western rural areas, the curriculum of preschool education major in a vocational school in Ledu, Qinghai Province, has a direct and reasonable impact on the progress of students themselves and the development of schools. It will even seriously restrict the development of local preschool education major. So at the beginning of the chapter, this paper puts forward the attention to the rationality of curriculum setting of preschool education in secondary vocational schools. The main objects of this study are pre-school education students in a vocational school in Qinghai province. By means of questionnaire and interview, the attitude of the students to the curriculum of preschool education in the case school is investigated. The questionnaire is designed from the aspects of curriculum content, class hours, course interest, curriculum difficulty and the help of curriculum setting to employment. Through the investigation, it is found that the majority of students hope to strengthen more skills and practice courses to help employment, but the complex and difficult to remember the theory curriculum and public basic curriculum has shown obvious neglect. Students also said they were most interested in skills courses and hoped that the school would allow students to choose their courses according to their own interests. For the difficulty of the course, the students think that the difficulty of the theory curriculum is acceptable, but the difficulty of the skill course is difficult, hoping that the school can set the difficulty step by step according to the students' real level. Based on the investigation of the present situation of preschool education major in a secondary vocational school in Ledu County of Qinghai Province and the problems of pre-school education specialty curriculum setup in Ledu case School of Qinghai Province, some suggestions are put forward with reference to the excellent experience of the case school in eastern China.
