后方法视角下初中英语教师的身份研究

　　熟知英语教学史的人都知道,二十世纪是英语教学法出现最多的世纪。在理论上,英语教学法已经形成一门完善的学科。在实践中,它也有一支一直在不断扩大的实践队伍。其理论研究的成果在指导英语教学实践方面起着重要的作用。英语教学法理论的不断变换促进了英语教学法的变换。然而,在二十世纪末,美国著名应用语言学家库玛提出,外语教学已经进入后方法时代。他认为单纯的使用某一种外语教学法进行外语教学已经不符合时代的要求。为此,他提出了外语教学的三个维度和十条基本原则,旨在用这一理念指导后方法时代的英语教学。外语教师作为这一理念的重要执行者,在这一过程中扮演着重要的角色。因此,这又为我们对英语教师身份的研究提供了一个新的视角,即在后方法视角下,初中英语教师在外语教学中呈现出什么样的身份以及呈现这些身份的原因。在本研究中,作者以后方法为视角,主要通过访谈法和问卷调查法,来研究后方法时代初中英语教师的身份。本研究注重解决两个问题:(1)初中英语老师在课堂上呈现出何种身份?(2)初中英语老师在课堂上呈现某种身份的原因是什么?针对上述问题,作者对沈丘县三所初级中学的30名英语教师和600名学生进行了调查研究。本研究首先通过...
