窄式阅读应用于初中英语词汇教学的课例研究

  词汇学习在语言学习中十分必要,也是英语教学的重要内容。研究人员发现词汇可以通过阅读等其他认知活动获得。阅读对第二语言词汇发展有好处,但如何让阅读更有效地促进词汇学习,是研究人员需要解决的问题。克拉申提出“窄式阅读”的概念(同一主题、同一作者或同一体裁的书)。在“窄式”阅读中,串联该主题的核心词会多次出现,学习者通过阅读同一主题的文章,能够多次反复接触到核心词汇,使语言输入得到强化。为了探讨提高词汇教学有效性的方法,并且进一步印证窄式阅读训练对学生接受性词汇知识和产出性词汇知识的影响,丰富实证研究,笔者基于输入假说,情感过滤假说和图式理论,进行了课例研究。其研究问题如下:(1)窄式阅读训练是否有助于学生习得接受性和产出性词汇?(2)窄式阅读训练能否提高学生的词汇学习兴趣?本研究对来自天津市的25名初二学生进行窄式阅读训练并采用课例研究的研究方法。针对学生学习词汇缺乏有效的习得方法,以及兴趣不高等问题,笔者与学习小组一起进行窄式阅读训练,帮助学生词汇习得的课例研究。经过集体备课,集体听课,讨论修订然后再次授课,力求切实提高学生的接受性与产出性词汇习得以及词汇学习兴趣。笔者对应用窄式阅读的课例...
