语篇分析视角下中国食品安全的话语建构

【摘要】：近年来，一系列的食品安全事故引发了人们对食品安全问题的深切关注，政府也在重新审视这一关系国家公共安全的民生问题。为此，相关的法律、标准等食品安全议题随之应运而生，如：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及《2011年食品安全重点工作安排》等。目前，关于食品安全问题的研究论文及著作不胜枚举，但更多的学者是从食品专业角度出发，对当前食品市场现状进行分析。鉴于作为社会实践形式的语篇在社会生活中的重要作用，本文将运用语篇分析视角，从社会语言和社会文化两个角度展开对中国食品安全语篇建构过程的讨论。在此基础上，“话语秩序”和“作为社会实践的语篇”将作为本文的理论背景，“语篇历史研究方法”、“语体分析”和“民族方法学会话分析”视为本文的方法论依据，，语料则主要来自两届食品安全高层论坛。通过对两届论坛中的话语秩序、组织结构、公共领域的话语以及体裁结构的解读，本文发现政府话语在当今中国食品安全的建构方面发挥了主导作用，在呈现问题的同时，将更多的话语量集中于政府在食品安全建构方面所做出的努力，以及企业在食品安全生产方面所应履行的标准，从而引导消费者重树对中国食品行业的信心；通过对论坛中访谈环节的转录发现，话轮转换、相邻语对、话题控制以及序列组织倾向于政府主导，企业话语、媒体话语和专家话语均不同程度地服务于政府话语。总体来说，对这次食品安全的议题，政府话语发挥了核心作用，处于主流话语的地位，而公众话语则处于相对边缘地位。在政府主流话语的引导下，企业话语、媒体话语和专家话语倾向于政府意向下的中国食品安全建构。由此，我们发现，主流话语和公众话语在话语权上的不对称建构了中国政府引领消费者重树对中国食品行业信心的努力和尝试，体现了和谐社会的理念。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a series of food safety incidents caused people concern about food safety issues, the government is also the livelihood of the people to reconsider the relationship between the national public security. Therefore, the relevant legal issues, such as food safety standards will come into being, such as: "People's Republic of China food safety Law > and <2011 years focused on food safety work arrange > and so on. At present, research papers and books about food safety problems but more and more scholars be too numerous to enumerate, food is a departure from the professional point of view, the current status of the food market is analyzed. In view of the society as a discourse practice forms an important role in social life, this paper will use discourse analysis perspective, from two the angle of social language and social culture on food safety Chinese discourse construction process are discussed. On this basis, the" order of discourse "and" discourse as social practice "Will be regarded as the theoretical background of this article." discourse history research method "," stylistic analysis "and" national method association analysis "are regarded as the methodological basis of this paper. Corpus is mainly from the two Forum on food safety.
The two session of the forum in the order of discourse, organization structure, public discourse and genre structure interpretation, this paper found that the government discourse played a leading role in the construction of the Chinese food safety issue in the present, at the same time, the discourse is more focused on the government in the construction of food safety efforts. To fulfill the standard and enterprise should be in the production of food safety, so as to guide consumers to China heavy tree food industry confidence; through transcription of the forum in the interview session, turn taking, adjacency pairs, topic control and sequence organization tend to government, business discourse, media discourse and discourse experts in different degree to serve the government discourse.
Overall, the food safety issues, the government discourse plays a central role in the mainstream discourse, and public discourse are relatively marginalized in the mainstream discourse. The government under the guidance of business discourse, media discourse and discourse experts tend to government down China food safety construction. Thus, we found that the asymmetry in discourse on the right of the mainstream discourse and public discourse constructs China government leading consumers attempt to regain the China food industry confidence, embodies the concept of a harmonious society.
