现代汉语道歉言语行为研究

【摘要】：道歉言语行为在社会生活中是一种极为常见的言语行为。随着言语行为理论、合作原则、礼貌原则等语用学理论的发展与完善，各国学者纷纷将这些理论应用于道歉言语行为的研究中。我国学者的研究起步较晚，并且存在着一些研究定式：其一是将外国学者总结出的道歉策略直接应用于汉语交际的道歉言语行为研究中，但是这些策略是否适用于汉语或者是否能够包含汉语道歉策略的常用策略，还尚待讨论；其二是我国的大多数研究者仍只关注道歉者一方的言语，而忽视了对道歉回应及道歉回应策略的研究。道歉及其回应是不可分割的两个部分，他们之间相互影响，必须同时对它们进行研究。本文试图以这两个方面为出发点，，对汉语的道歉言语行为进行系统的研究。本文的第一章是对道歉的分类和话语构成进行研究。首先对道歉言语行为从不同的角度进行了分类。又由于道歉会体现出仪式化的特点，所以其话语表达中具有一些规约性的成分。道歉的话语构成分为核心成分（道歉语、强势词语与称谓语）和辅助成分（副语言与体态语）。本文的第二章对道歉的策略进行了系统的研究，以收集到的语料为数据库，在前人研究的基础上总结出符合汉语交际习惯的道歉策略类型。首先是无冒犯行为的道歉策略，这类策略是借用道歉语来表达其他一些言外之意，而非真正的道歉含义；其次是冒犯行为的道歉策略，共归纳出14个策略类型，其中最后一种是拒绝道歉策略，是较为特殊的一种策略。第三章是对道歉回应及道歉回应策略的研究。笔者将道歉回应分为接受道歉的回应（原谅）和拒绝接受道歉的回应。并分别总结了这两大类回应中的具体的道歉回应策略类型。
[Abstract]:Speech act of apology is a very common speech act in social life. With the development and perfection of the theory of speech act, the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness, etc. Scholars all over the world have applied these theories to the study of speech act of apology. And there are some research patterns: one is to apply the apology strategies summed up by foreign scholars directly to the study of the speech acts of apology in Chinese communication. However, it remains to be discussed whether these strategies can be applied to Chinese or whether they can include common strategies of Chinese apology. The second is that most researchers in our country still focus on the words of the apologizers. It ignores the research on apology response and apology response strategy. Apology and its response are two inseparable parts, and they influence each other and must be studied at the same time. This paper attempts to take these two aspects as the starting point. This paper makes a systematic study on the speech act of apology in Chinese. The first chapter of this paper is to study the classification and discourse composition of apology. Firstly, it classifies the speech act of apology from different angles. Therefore, there are some prescriptive elements in the discourse expression of apology. The discourse composition of apology is divided into core components (apology, strong words and appellations) and auxiliary elements (paralanguage and body language). The second chapter makes a systematic study on the apology strategies, taking the collected language data as the database, and summarizes the types of apology strategies in accordance with the Chinese communication habits based on the previous studies. The first is the no-offense apology strategies. This kind of strategy uses apology language to express some other implicature, rather than real apology meaning, followed by offensive behavior apology strategy, a total of 14 types of strategies, the last of which is the refusal to apologize strategy. Is a more special strategy. The third chapter is the research of apology response and apology response strategy. The author divides apology response into apology response (forgiveness) and refusal to accept apology response. Apology response policy type.
