泰国中学汉语教师志愿者培训模式分析

【摘要】:近年来,中国的对外汉语教学事业发展得十分迅猛,汉语学习者遍布世界。中国本着努力推广汉语教学和文化传播事业发展的目的,向世界很多国家派出了汉语教师志愿者,其中派出时间最早,派出人数最多的国家即是与中国有着友好交往的泰国。本人也是一名赴泰国的汉语教师志愿者,在泰国曼谷的Watbaknamwittayakom School(中文名为水口寺庙学校)任教一学年,通过自己的课堂观察实践及对几个有代表意义的学校的学生、汉语教师志愿者、校方领导进行问卷调查和访谈,发现了汉语教师志愿者在课堂教学和生活中遇到的一些问题,也收集了泰方学校的意见和建议,同时对国内汉语教师志愿者的培养工作进行了反思,提出赴泰汉语教师培训工作应重视泰语能力的培养、提前熟悉教学环境、加强课堂管理能力的培养、提高跨文化交际能力、及重视汉语教师志愿者的汉语基础等等,以期能使其更加全面深入,理论和实践相结合,从而使赴泰汉语教师的综合素质和教学能力更上一层楼,满足外方的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in China has developed rapidly, and Chinese learners have spread all over the world.In order to promote the development of Chinese language teaching and cultural communication, China has sent Chinese teacher volunteers to many countries in the world. Among them, Thailand, which has friendly exchanges with China, is the country with the earliest dispatch time and the largest number of Chinese teachers.I am also a volunteer Chinese teacher in Thailand. I teach for one year at the Watbaknamwittayakom School in Bangkok, Thailand. Through my own classroom observation and practice, I am a student of several representative schools.Chinese teachers' volunteers and school leaders conducted questionnaires and interviews, found some problems encountered by Chinese teachers' volunteers in classroom teaching and life, and collected the opinions and suggestions of Thai schools.At the same time, the author reflects on the training of Chinese teachers' volunteers in China, and puts forward that the training of Chinese teachers in Thailand should pay attention to the cultivation of Thai language ability, familiarize themselves with the teaching environment in advance, strengthen the cultivation of classroom management ability, and improve the intercultural communication ability.And pay attention to the Chinese foundation of Chinese teacher volunteers, so as to make it more comprehensive and thorough, combine theory with practice, so that the comprehensive quality and teaching ability of Chinese teachers to Thailand can be improved to meet the needs of foreign parties.
