职业学校作为印尼全国教育的子系统之一,在创造优质人力资源方面占据着战略地位。因此,职业教育有望成为提高印尼人民素质的基础。但是,在职业教育的实施中,期望与现实之间的差距是一个教育专家和从业者始终所讨论的话题。主要问题是有关工作需求或社会需求与毕业生之间的不匹配。职业高中学习过程的相关因素会影响到其毕业生的质量。作为职业学校的管理人员(校长、教师和学校行政人员)必须能够通过采取适当有效的策略来应对所有周围环境带来的挑战,从而观察并做出反应。职业高中的周围环境对其教学运作有极大的影响,例如职业教育领域中的各种潜力和条件、竞争状况、教育客户和研究生用户的状况。这项研究强调了在赋予职业高中权力以准备毕业生具有工作准备方面的战略管理,包括制定管理策略,实施管理策略,评估和控制印尼职业高中赋予权力的管理策略。该研究还研究了校长作为高级管理人员的作用。这项研究中,主要的问题是:(1)印尼目前在授权职业高中有哪些管理策略;(2)印尼实施职业高中的管理面临哪些障碍。该问题旨在找出管理策略如何增强印尼的职业中学能力,其中包括学校的愿景、使命、目标,运营实施、管理职能的实施以及校长的职能和作用。此外,此研究将...
